Here at Nickelson Painting & Restoration, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that painting your home can be a significant investment, and we want to ensure that you love the results.

That’s why we have developed a process that walks you through each step of the painting process so you know exactly what to expect.

Our process in 9 Easy Steps

Step 1. Fill Out Our Form

To start the process, fill out our contact form with information about your project. Feel free to attach any pictures that you may have.

Step 2. Phone Consultation

During the phone consultation, we will talk more in-depth about your project and even give you a ballpark estimate for your project investment.

Step 3. On-Site Consultation

To give you an exact estimate for your project, we’ll come out to your home or commercial space. Together we will go over your project’s complexity and scope of work.

Step 4. Project Proposal & Contract Signing

Once we have constructed your proposal, we will send it to you via Adobe Sign.

Once you’re comfortable with each detail, we will sign the contract together.

Step 5. Schedule Project Start And Collect Initial Deposit

After we sign the contract, we will schedule your start date and collect the initial deposit for your project.

Step 6. Pre-Job Walkthrough

On your project start date, our Project Manager will do a pre-job walkthrough with you to ensure that you know exactly what will happen while we are in your home.

Before we begin working, we will collect 50% of the project cost.

Step 7. We Get To Work

This is where the magic happens. While we transform your space, we will keep you updated on our progress and be available to answer any questions you may have.

Step 8. Project Clean-Up And Post-Job Checklist

We’ll make sure to clean your home and leave it better than we found it.

Once the cleanup is complete, our Project Manager will go through a post-job checklist with you to ensure that we have completed everything to your expectations.

9. Warranty

In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, you also benefit from a 1-year craftsmanship warranty.

If anything happens to your project that is within our control and covered in the contract, we will come out and fix it–free of charge.

We are so pleased with the end results of all of the projects...painting interior walls, exterior door, epoxied the patio floor, painted the patio posts. This company just completed painting my exterior chimney, that is about 40 feet high! The crew were professional, knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and VERY patient with all my questions. 🙂 They did a wonderful job painting the chimney and even matched the paint color to my 10ish-year-old siding!
